Hire the Hall
Hire Charges as of May 2026

The Premises:
The Main Hall has 12 large tables, 16 small café style tables and 70 chairs
NB: Children’s Parties – the hire of the Main Hall does not include the use of the stage for children to play on.
The floor of the hall is not suitable for dancing.
Non Commercial:
(Non Profit making)
You can hire the hall at £10 per hour
PLEASE NOTE This must include the preparation and the finishing/clearing up of your event or activity.
Example: If you actually need the hall for an hour for your activity you will probably need 30 minutes either side of this to prepare and clean etc. The total cost of the hire would therefore be £20
This is particularly relevant to an evening booking which must finish in time for a 11.00pm lock up.
Commercial:
You can hire the hall at £12.00 per hour
PLEASE NOTE This must include the preparation and the finishing/clearing up of your event or activity.
Example: If you actually need the hall for an hour for your activity you will probably need 30 minutes either side of this to prepare and clean etc. The total cost of the hire would therefore be £24
This is particularly relevant to an evening booking which must finish in time for a 11.00pm lock up.
Additional Costs:
The hire of the PA system, Barbeque and Gazebo comes at an additional cost. Please speak to us for more information.
NB: If you wish to hire the Hall for more than 3 hours i.e for a party, wedding, training etc
We will require a refundable deposit of £100 (non- commercial) and £150 (commercial) to secure the booking. If the hall or its contents has been damaged or is left unclean we will be unable to return the deposit or a % of it. The Committee reserves the right to make these decisions.
NB The refundable deposit will be returned within a week of the end of the hire.
Cleaning:
The Hiring Agreement requires the Hirers to leave the hall in a clean state, but if you prefer, and this is not included in the hire charge, a professional clean can be arranged.
